New Horizons in Biotecnology

NHBT-2011, an International conference focussing on recent developments on the frontier areas of Biotechnology, will bring together scientists, engineers and other experts from across the world to deliberate on global developments in the fields of Industrial Biotechnology, Medical Biotechnology, Environmental Biotechnology and Food & Agriculture Biotechnology.

It is planned as a major event to be held at Trivandrum during November 21-24, 2011 with the participation of a large number of active researchers from all over the world. 

The conference is envisaged to provide a unique platform to the participants from industries and academic institutions to share their thoughts and views to develop possible linkages among them, It will also serve the purpose of global networking among them and help in creating a nucleus of interface research.

XXV Interamerican Congress of Chemical Engineering and XVIII Chilean Congress of Chemical Engineering

El Instituto Chileno de Ingenieros Químicos y la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile invitan a la comunidad nacional e internacional de ingenieros químicos a participar en el XXV Congreso Interamericano de Ingeniería Química y el XVIII Congreso Chileno de Ingeniería Química titulado “Creando y desarrollando redes de colaboración”, que se celebrará en el Hotel Sheraton de Santiago de Chile, entre el 14 y 17 de Noviembre del 2011.

El congreso está organizado en sesiones temáticas que serán dirigidas por uno o más departamentos de ingeniería química de diversas universidades del continente:

Los invitamos a enviar sus resúmenes a las sesiones correspondientes del congreso antes del 15 de abril del 2011. Los estudiantes de pregrado interesados en estudio de postgrado, tendrán la oportunidad de interactuar con investigadores líderes en Ingeniería Química y presentar un poster.

Biotrans 2011. Conference of Industrial Process Research & Development. 2011

Biotrans takes place every two years in Europe with attendance of 500-600 participants from academia and industry, focusing on applied and fundamental aspects of biocatalysis.  Biotrans 2011 will take place from 2 to 6 October 2011 in Giardini Naxos, Messina, located in a beautiful setting in the Sicily Island at the foot of Mt. Etna Volcano.
